2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for all activity on your account.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use ViralCart AI for illegal, deceptive, defamatory content or to infringe third-party rights (including product copyrights).

4. Billing

Paid plans renew automatically. Cancel any time from the dashboard. No pro-rata refunds for billed periods.

5. Generated content

You are responsible for the content you publish. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Venue: Milan.
